Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Royal Marigold Decor's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Royal Marigold Decor provides Indian wedding decoration services including:
- Personalized decoration consultations and planning
- Traditional and contemporary Indian wedding decor
- Mandap design and setup services
- Floral arrangements and lighting solutions
- Complete event decoration management
Booking and Payment Terms
All decoration services require:
- Advance Booking: Minimum 30 days notice for wedding events
- Deposit: 50% advance payment to confirm booking
- Final Payment: Balance due 7 days before event date
- Overtime Charges: Additional fees for extended setup/breakdown time
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30+ days before event: 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellations 15-29 days before event: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations less than 14 days: 75% cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 7 days: No refund available
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate venue information and access details
- Ensure adequate power supply and water access
- Obtain necessary venue permissions for decorations
- Provide safe working conditions for our team
- Respect setup and breakdown timelines
Limitation of Liability
Royal Marigold Decor's liability is limited to:
- The total amount paid for decoration services
- Direct damages only (no consequential damages)
- Services provided in good faith according to agreed specifications
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or health emergencies.
Intellectual Property
All decoration designs, concepts, and creative elements remain the intellectual property of Royal Marigold Decor. Clients may not reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
Photography and Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph our decoration work for marketing and portfolio purposes. Client privacy will be respected, and personal identifying information will not be used without consent.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:
- First attempt at mutual discussion and agreement
- Mediation if direct negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration under Indian law if necessary
- Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically Maharashtra state regulations and Indian contract law.
